Boulevardier
The perfect balance of bitter, boozy and sweet
A fan of the classic Negroni? Meet its lesser-known cousin: the Boulevardier. Created by Erskine Gwynne, a man-about-town in 1920s Paris who owned the literary magazine The Boulevardier, the cocktail it inspired is delightfully smooth and intriguing. A boozy tipple with an impressive balance of sweetness and bitters, we recommend unwinding with a Boulevardier after a long day. Go on, you deserve it.
